Political candidates in Philadelphia were knocking on doors, greeting commuters and shoppers on election eve as the clock ticked down to Tuesday’s election.
In Northeast Philadelphia, Democrat Ed Neilson, a candidate in the 169th district and Attorney General candidate Patrick Murphy teamed up to canvass for votes at the Academy shopping center.
The pair greeted hundreds of shoppers.
Murphy’s opponent Kathleen Kane was in center city earlier in the day greeting commuters at Suburban Street Station.
The race for the Democratic nomination for Attorney General might prove to be the one race to most attention to on Tuesday.
The polls open at 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.
