Dougherty Hosts “AVI Operation” Meeting

FIRST WARD Leader and electricians union business manager John Dougherty speaks to packed crowd at Edward O’Malley Club, 2nd and McKean Sts. in South Philadelphia about issues related to the city’s Actual Value Initiative (AVI). Dougherty hosted the public meeting in South Philadelphia to help residents gain information on how to deal with issues residents might have related to the city’s new property tax assessments.
