Mayor Nutter Opens New Multi-University Center

MAYOR MICHAEL Nutter joins students and university officials from Cheyney University, East Stroudsburg University, Millersville University and West Chester University to cut ribbon opening newly refurbished Philadelphia Multi-University Center, 701 Market Street on Monday. The University offers ten degree completion programs for adult learners who have previously earned credits, as well as graduate programs. U.S. Rep.
