Philly’s GOP Watches the DNC with a Sly Eye

REPUBLICAN City Committee has prepared a deck of 52 cards bearing the likenesses of Penna. Democratic politicians who have run afoul of the law to some extent. Hillary Clinton is the Queen of Hearts.
