THE NEW 5th Congressional District of Pennsylvania.

Upper Darby hosted a Delaware County Democratic Committee presentation of 14 candidates for the nomination in the new 5th Congressional District, which includes that county along with parts of South Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties. WHYY reports:
