6th District Councilman Bobby Henon will run for re-election despite his recent federal indictment. Petitioning begins just 12 days from now and there is no timefor a challenger to gear up a campaign, WHYY writes:

  1. He should do the right thing and resign. A 116-count indictment should also draw a rebuke from his Council colleagues. There is time for a candidate to run against him.
